Go for an unforgettable bus tour with us. We will show you Warsaw from our historical bus Jelcz, a.k.a “Cucumber” (Ogórek). On a 2,5-hour tour you will see the most interesting, yet the most important landmarks of the city.
We start our adventure on Grzybowski Square, which dates back to the 17th century. The place evolved from a minor empty space to a bustling marketplace, cultural centre, and execution square. In this vicinity, the guide will tell you a moving story of the local Jewish community and its wartime situation. Next stop is the Old Town. The Royal Castle, Sigismund’s Column, Warsaw Mermaid and Kanonia Square (a place with a lucky bell) are places that you just have to visit. Amazing architecture of the place will allow you to rest from the downtown rush. After a relaxing walk in the streets of the Old Town you will head for Łazienki Royal Park to enjoy the beauty and fresh air of this wonderful garden. You will see an incredible monument of Frederic Chopin and make friends with the residents of the park (remember to bring some gifts for the squirrels!).
Our last stop will be the Palace of Culture and Science. A gift from Joseph Stalin himself, finished in 1955. A building which polarized (still does?) Polish society, by some called a nightmare of a drunken baker, it will definitely intrigue you with its architecture.
